Have your piss-poor After Service customer satisfaction survey company call me and ask me if I’m satisfied with the service I received at your dealership.
Then, in the middle of me telling her that I wasn’t at all satisfied and in fact, I had to take my car to their competitor to get that (plus several other issues they found) resolved – have her hang up on me. Just *click* dial tone.
That’s gonna make things all better. Yup – I’m really ‘satisfied’ now.
I’m looking at you Superstition Springs Chrysler…and I’m giving my business to Earnhardt – their service is so worth the drive.
